The first-ever Digital Turkey Blockchain Hackathon is now accepting applications. Participants are asked to develop Digital Turkey services with their skills in the field of blockchain infrastructure or submit them as a new idea in the competition, which will be held with the theme of e-Government Gateway services.
Competitors, who will apply from universities and businesses across Türkiye, will form teams and exhibit their competencies for services that are used and can be used in the real world. The Avalanche testnet, which will be built by the Digital Transformation Office, will be used for development.
The competition will consist of two stages, referred to as Preliminary and Final. The evaluation committee will review the pre-selection process, which will take place online. The top 20 teams from the pre-selection round will be invited to the final stage, which will take place in Istanbul in November.
