Travelling from the European Side
Marmaray Line
Marmaray trains travelling towards Gebze may be used from Halkalı, Bakırköy, Yenikapı, Sirkeci, and other stations on the European side.
After leaving the station, the campus can be reached without another public-transport transfer by following the 5–7 minute walking route described below.
Transfer to an IETT bus or a Kadıköy–Pendik minibus operating via Ziverbey and alight at the “Marmara Üniversitesi Göztepe Yerleşkesi” stop.
Metrobus
Travel to the Söğütlüçeşme terminal, then transfer at the stops outside the station to an IETT bus or minibus operating via Ziverbey.
Travelling by Ferry
Scheduled ferry services connect Beşiktaş, Eminönü, and Karaköy with Kadıköy. From Kadıköy Ferry Terminal, use a bus or the Kadıköy–Pendik minibus operating via Ziverbey.
Walking from Feneryolu Marmaray Station
Feneryolu is one of the nearest and most convenient stations for reaching the campus without an additional public-transport transfer.
Travelling from the Asian Side
From Gebze, Pendik, Kartal, and Maltepe
Take a train towards Halkalı, alight at Feneryolu Station, and follow the walking route given above.
Use an IETT service operating via Ziverbey (for example, route 17 Pendik–Kadıköy) or a Kadıköy–Pendik minibus, and alight at the “Marmara Üniversitesi Göztepe Yerleşkesi” stop.
Alight at Göztepe or Ünalan Station and transfer to an IETT service travelling towards the Ziverbey / Minibüs Yolu corridor.
From Üsküdar
At Üsküdar Sahil Yolu, take route 2 towards Bostancı and alight at the “Marmara Üniversitesi Göztepe Yerleşkesi” stop.
Take a train towards Gebze, alight at Feneryolu, and follow the walking route above. Alternatively, alight at Söğütlüçeşme and transfer to a bus or minibus.
From Kadıköy Ferry Terminal
From the stops around Kadıköy Ferry Terminal, use an IETT bus or a Kadıköy–Pendik minibus operating via Ziverbey and alight at the “Marmara Üniversitesi Göztepe Yerleşkesi” stop.
